Located on ten acres of mixed woods and meadow Derby Farms is the remains of a 19th century Washington Territory homestead. The family lives on site in the original house and gives personal hands on attention to each horse on a daily basis. The facility is quiet, intimate and low key.
Boarding:
- $800.00 per month full care

- Feeding three times daily, includes grain
- Stalls cleaned daily
- Vet & farrier on call 24 hours
Pamela Pentz, USDF Silver Medalist, is instructor and manager. She carefully manages the farrier schedules, vet and turn out needs of each horse as an individual as well as instruction/training needs of her students and horses.
